Sam graduated from Curtin University and has been working as a home visiting Physiotherapist since 2017.
​
Sam is experienced in working with a variety of conditions and he specialises in managing acute low back pain, falls prevention, total hip/knee replacement rehabilitation, sporting injuries and working with individuals with disabilities.

Besides physiotherapy, Sam enjoys playing and following sports and he loves playing music in a local acoustic band.

Calvin Lee

Calvin, a Curtin University graduate, excels on collaborative work with people of all ages and diverse abilities. His professional journey includes experience in neurological disability rehab, private physiotherapy clinic, and occupational onsite practices.

In the clinic, he focuses on treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, cardiopulmonary issues and vestibular problems. Calvin also provides physiotherapy services in the community and NDIS sector, specialising in neurological and geriatric conditions to help individuals achieve their goals. His proficiency in managing clients across different age groups and abilities is supported by a strong foundation in physiotherapy skills.

Outside of work ,Calvin enjoys activities like cycling, running and tennis.
Clarence Wang
Physiotherapist
Clarence is a physiotherapist that has a keen interest in the neuro space. From working both in the NDIS and hospital setting, Clarence has developed skills with the treatment and management of a variety of neurological conditions such as strokes, cerebral palsy and ASD.
Clarence enjoys working closely with families and helping people with differing abilities to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Clarence can be found at the best dessert cafe in Perth.

Miki Leong
Physiotherapist
Miki Leong is a Curtin University graduate physiotherapist with a passion for transforming lives through personalised care. She focuses on identifying the root causes of conditions to provide effective treatment and management, driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live life to the fullest.
With experience in both community rehabilitation and private practice, Miki specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain management, and women’s health. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling her to support a diverse range of clients.
Outside of work, Miki enjoys staying active and exploring her interests in food and nutrition.

Fen Tay
Physiotherapist
Fen graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science (Human Structure and Function) in 2020 and a Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2023.
Fen has built strong foundational skills in managing clients of all age groups and abilities. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, cardiothoracic, and neurological conditions, as well as chronic diseases. While in Melbourne, she also served as a sports trainer for two footy teams, where she further refined her abilities in physical assessment, treatment, and interpersonal communication.
Outside of work, you’ll catch Fen listening to her favourite music, exploring local cafes and restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ping Tay
Women's Health & Senior Physiotherapist (Maternity Leave)
Ping graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy in 2018 and a Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Pelvic Health) in 2021.
Ping has a diverse range of experience within the aged care sector, community rehabilitation, and private practice sector treating musculoskeletal injuries, vestibular problems and women’s health conditions. Her passion lies in pregnancy and post-natal care, empowering women to take charge of their pelvic and general health in a holistic manner when and after having a baby.
Outside of work, Ping enjoys trying new food places around Perth, going for walks and spending time with her friends and family.

Callie Yee

Callie is in her final year of a Physiotherapy (Honours) degree at Curtin University, driven by a commitment to enhancing lives through evidence-based healthcare. Her extensive clinical experience in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, combined with her role as a therapy assistant, has deepened her dedication to delivering patient-centred care to diverse populations. These experiences have honed her ability to build strong client connections, refine her hands-on treatment skills, and adapt swiftly to evolving needs in dynamic environments.
Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Callie is a dedicated hybrid athlete, competing in Hyrox events worldwide, which demand exceptional strength in lifting heavy weights and endurance for long-distance running. Additionally, as a current state player for the West Coast Panthers Dodgeball Team and a former state cross-country athlete, her passion for sport, exercise, health, nutrition, and performance, fuels her mission to empower others to achieve daily improvements. Callie is committed to collaborating with clients to help them reach their personal health and well-being goals.

Ming particularly enjoys working within the area of equipment prescription and home modifications, as these are her areas of interest. She has also gained additional training in these areas to ensure that she can provide evidence-based and effective interventions for her clients.

Support Worker
Charles has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 8 years and has a passion for providing service and support to his customers and clients.
He has recently completed Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and is now working in the disability industry providing support to various clients.
Charles is also currently studying Cert IV in Allied Health Assistant (Physiotherapy Focused) in order to enhance his knowledge in the healthcare industry. He has gained experience as a Therapy Assistant by working with a small caseload of clients with Home2Home Therapy.

Criszia Vallega

Criszia is currently studying Physiotherapy (Honours) at Curtin University and has a strong passion for helping others, inspired by her family of healthcare workers.
She has completed placements in hospital and aged care settings, and has worked in the community as a support worker and therapy assistant. These roles have given her hands-on experience supporting clients with diverse needs and strengthened her adaptability in day-to-day practice.
Outside of work and study, Criszia enjoys rock climbing, jiu-jitsu, and hiking. She looks forward to working collaboratively with clients to achieve their individual goals.

Shelly Voo
Allied Health Assistant
Shelly is a final-year physiotherapy student with experience across hospital, community, and NDIS settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals in building functional capacity, improving mobility, and increasing independence in everyday activities. Shelly takes a person-centred, goal-oriented approach, working collaboratively with individuals to enhance participation, confidence, and overall quality of life. In addition, she works as a sports trainer with Gymnastics Western Australia, providing on-site management of sports injuries, and has experience as a support worker delivering gym-based and community programs to promote safe physical activity, independence, and engagement.
Outside of work, Shelly enjoys staying active through gym training and Pilates, which supports her understanding of movement, strength, and injury prevention. She also enjoys healthy baking and values a balanced, sustainable approach to overall wellbeing.

Harry Koh

Support Worker
Harry has previously completed a Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University in 2019. Having worked a few years in the Oil and Gas industry as a Services Engineer, his priorities have recently realigned with a renewed passion to pursue a career in healthcare.
He is currently studying Physiotherapy (Honours) while concurrently handling a small caseload as a support worker and therapy assistant under Home2Home Therapy. Harry has also gained valuable insight and experience by shadowing a number of clinical and mobile Physiotherapists in Perth.
In his spare time, Harry loves to perform in a local acoustic band, DJ, be around friends and family and play a variety of sports.
