Initial Home Visit.
Through home-visit occupational therapy, we are able to provide a home safety and modification assessment, to ensure that you are able to recover smoothly within the safety of your own home.
03.
Ongoing Care.
We use a multidisciplinary approach to provide holistic care that involves assistive aids and technology directly in their care. Through patient and family education and empowerment, we aim to restore independence and youthful movement into your everyday life.
